The day has finally come! After almost four months, the work on this list has come to an end. Quick shout-out to everybody who helped by checking prices, conditions of the decks, gathering information on the internet and with people in the industry, helping me coming up with clever solutions for Sheets automation and so on. Thank you all! Unfortunately for me, from now on this is basically a one man mission :) A lot of consideration went into deciding on how to do this, how to tackle a project this size. There are around 1550 decks and a few accessories all bundled up in, as it stands right now, 1350 different items (plus the books on the secondary list). So, who am I (regarding cards, that is)? I am a card collector based in the woods in Sweden (yeah, I live remote even for Swedish standards). Been collecting for two and a half years, worked in the casino industry as a dealer for quite some time (though I don't deal that frequently anymore I am more involved in logistics, inspecting and training) even with my "actual" profession being in a completely different field. I admin the only group of card collectors in Sweden on Facebook (trying to push fellow swedes to engage and participate a bit more - it was kind of a miracle we had a fairly successful Secret Santa last year haha) and been a contributor at Portfolio 52 basically since I started collecting (fixing tons of info and pictures there whenever I can and spot something). Also, because of circumstances, I ended up getting involved with some Kickstarter creators and still work with some of them on the background of their campaigns :)
The List!
I would like to believe all the relevant information is right there, easy to see, search and find. All the decks are listed in alphabetical order (company>deck name) and color coded differently by different company's name. There are individual entries for every single deck (i.e. 10 copies of lets say "Saturn Red October" will have 10 different entries) that is not bundled up (example: Ellusionist's Prohibition Case V1 is one "item" only even though it has six decks).

When you decided for something you want, specially if that item has copies of it (but also when it doesn't), it is essential that you also write down the condition (M, A, B or C - more on that later) of that item so I know which one exactly do you want. A bit of patience is required with it; it takes around five minutes for the published document to be update from the master list whenever I make a change (example: marking a deck as reserved or sold).
Available / Reserved / Sold!
Another thing that is very easy to see on the list is if a certain item is still available or if it has been reserved or sold already (check the "Status" column). How do you "reserve" an item? Just make a top-level comment bellow with the items names and condition (M, A, B, or C - more on that later) and you are good to go! In case someone has already reserved a item you want to reserve and there are no copies of it, you can still make a top-level comment saying "I want item X condition Y" and I will let you know you are on that item's waiting list, you don't need to do anything else. I am gonna give myself a buffer of two days from the time of posting this to see how things went and then start working on individual requests, pictures, etc. That doesn't mean I won't do that before two days, it is just so people don't expect it. During this time, whenever I am available, I will be answering things that are not on this post (this post will NOT be updated for transparency sake, I will make an addendum in the comments about anything that needs to be corrected) or any other questions you guys and girls might have about the decks, conditions, pricing, shipping, etc. After this period I will check all the wish lists and put them in order (first come, first served of course), and grind the data from there.
Pricing / Condition
This is literally a "BUYER BEWARE" section of this post, but first things first.
Pricing: as you will see, there many, many different items with prices lower than what it is being offered everywhere else on the internet, but there are also decks priced pretty competitively towards the market, and a few decks have a higher compared to other places. Are you free to make me an offer because you saw an item somewhere else for cheaper but you still want to buy it from me? Absolutely, but it won't be often this might go through. Am I open to trades? Absolutely, but then again, do not have high hopes for it. I am in no way expecting most of it to be sold in the coming one, or even two years. There will be a bunch of decks left after this, and that is ok. Also, everything is priced in USD.
Condition: big disclaimer here so this is as clear as it can possibly be: EVERYTHING BEING SOLD HERE (DECKS, SETS, ACCESSORIES AND BOOKS) ARE SOLD "AS IS". As per Wikipedia: "As is" denotes that the seller is selling, and the buyer is buying an item in whatever condition it presently exists, and that the buyer is accepting the item "with all faults", whether or not immediately apparent." There is no way to put this out without sounding like an ass (maybe?) but this needs to be understood by both you and me. Having said that, I have done all I could, to the best of my abilities, to condition every single item fairly, but of course this is still subjetive and it only represents the way I would see them. Basically the "M" decks are decks with no faults whatsoever (or nothing that I could possibly bother or notice to begin with), the "A" decks are minor imperfections I would not bother with even if it is a deck I had no intentions of opening it, "B" are decks I would probably contact the store / seller to talk about it, even if it was not my intention to request a refund (example: decks I would be opening anyway I still contact them but just to let them know and give some feedback) and "C" decks I would definitely contact the store / seller to know what could be done about it regarding some sort of compensation. On the list you will see four different letters representing the conditions of the decks (and the respective discounts to each):
M: Mint (base price). Some decks have no cellophane (signed, etc) or came with no seal but are still considered "M", it just depends on the condition of the tuck/cards.
A: Almost mint (10% discount). Minuscule dents, minor issues with the cellophane or with the seal or other minor issues with the tuck. Basically no possibility of damage to the cards.
B: Either bigger dents or issues or more quantities of minor dents or other issues. Very low possibility of damage to the cards.
C: Bigger damage to tuck. Possibility of damage to the cards.
This was not an easy (or fun) run at all. I considered everything I could regarding the condition of all the 1550 decks: dented corners, dented sides, pressed bottom, pressed top, pressed seal, opened, no cellophane, cellophane broken, cellophane opened, scratched, smudged edge, seal partially broken inside the cellophane, no seal, issues with the bottom or top flap, etc etc etc. As of now, these are the quantities of items with each condition (to a total of 1350 different items):
M: 993
A: 266
B: 80
C: 11
Obviously nobody wants to buy anything in the complete darkness, but neither could I take individual pictures of 1550+ decks and match each and everyone with the respective conditions (with the "free" time I have this would take years hahaha). Having said that, I will upon request (which might take some time but I am 100%, of course, willing to do so) take pictures of specific decks (matching condition/item#/etc). I made a small Imgur album with a few pictures of some of the decks and my username on it (please don't mind the mess of this new VERY OLD house with tons of renovation to be done we just moved in). Again, feel free to ask for additional info or pictures.
Shipping
It doesn't make it easier that one I live in Sweden and two I live in the middle of b$%f#&* nowhere in Sweden :) Basically the only shipping option I have here is Postnord, and I will absolutely not charge anything "a bit extra on top of shipping just to be sure but then people end up paying a bit more every time". If you want to have an idea of how much shipping would cost to you, go ahead and check Postnord's own website. Yet again, a lot of consideration went into this, and it is unfortunate but I have to say that I can not and won't be responsible for any lost packages or packages damaged during transportation, in any stage of it. The responsibility I am taking here is to agree on a price for items + shipping, pack everything in a way that the parcel could probably take a severe beating and the itens would still arrive on the same way they were shipped (I am talking hard boxes and unethical - I don't remember which redditor said this but I promised myself I would take it for a future use so here I am - amounts of bubble plastic, paper, tapes, boxes inside boxes like a good old matryoshka, etc). I have sent close to a hundred parcels on the last two and a half years (to Sweden, Europe, US, Taiwan, etc) and not ONCE a single deck arrived in a different condition they were shipped in. Depending on location and kind of parcel, Postnord offers some "sort of insurance" I can claim if a package gets lost or damage. We might talk about it if you are interested but I will only be able to refund any amount whatsoever after, and only if I am compensated by Postnord first.
Payment Methods
Making this as short as I possibly can: buyer is responsible for all and any fees from Transferwise or Paypal (or any other payment method we agree upon - Swish in Sweden but I think it will be hard to find someone here that is not part of "Svenska Kortlekssamlare" already). Transferwise you say? Yes, I use a lot of Transferwise. Why? Cheapest fees charged by a service that accepts Swedish Crowns and deposits it directly on my bank account. Works in most countries, worth checking them out. Does Transferwise has a buyer protection program like Paypal does? No, Transferwise, because I only use a personal account and not a traders account, has no buyer protection at all, whatsoever. It works like Paypal's Family and Friends, sort of. I am not sure I feel comfortable using that, do you understand me? Absolutely, if you don't feel comfortable using a service like Transferwise (even though it is cheaper for you and easier for me), you are free for us to TRY to work something else out (like Paypal), but you have to remember my responsibility here is to send the decks we agreed upon, for the price of items + shipping we agreed upon, and packed very, very well; yet again, I can not and won't be responsible for any lost packages or packages damaged during transportation, in any stage of it. If you rather use Paypal Family and Friends (I think inside Europe we don't pay fees to use that option but please someone correct me if I am wrong), you are also free to do so but ONLY if you understand what it entails and are comfortable with that. Remember: NO REFUNDS OR COMPENSATION FOR ITEMS DAMAGED OR LOST DURING TRANSPORTATION, IN ANY STAGE OF IT.

Hey folks. I know that Dungeon Runs are super-casual content, but also brand-new players might appreciate a little reference guide. Especially since Blizz added a new recurring quest called "Spelunker" that awards a Classic Pack if you defeat 5 Dungeon Run bosses. This is a work in progress which I'll add to over time. META-EDIT: When I started this Guide, not even a day ago, Gamepedia had very little information available about Dungeon Runs, basically just a stub saying "Dungeon Runs are a cool new way to play HS solo." BOSSES – The AI-controlled enemies you face with your Dungeon Deck. Some are super easy and will only be encountered early in your run; there are 5 that are super hard but you will only encounter them as the Round 8 or final boss.
A.F. Kay -- For the first several turns (one of the commenters says it's 6) she does absolutely nothing and you can get a free win if take her down quick. Then when she returns from being Away From Keyboard (AFK, get it?) she drops a board full of giants and other 8/8s for (0) apiece. The 8/8s can include Rag or Rag Lightlord if you're unlucky, Bittertide Hydra if you're luckier. Any which way, you better hope you have the Wand of Disintegration or some other way to nuke her board.
Azari the Devourer -- This is one of the five Final Bosses. His hero power is a (0) mana autocast that discards the 3 top cards from your deck. Could get painful quickly.
Battlecrier Jin'yo – He has a passive Hero Power that makes all Battlecries (his or yours) to trigger twice. So if you're running a jade-heavy deck, you should make short(er) work of him. Note that it's “twigger twice” not “trigger an extra time”, so if you also picked Battle Totem as a Treasure, your stuff's Battlecries won't trigger 3 times.
Bink the Burglar -- One of a handful of "Round 1" opponents. His Hero Power lets him add a Coin to his mana tray every turn if he wants. Do not underestimate him!
Blackseed –- This is one of a few bosses that you encounter in the mid levels, or in the later rounds. As such, the easy(ish) version has a (0)-mana Hero Power called Evolvomancy that “transforms a minion into a random one costing (1) more.” The tough version has Greater Evolvomancy which transforms it into a random minion costing (3) more. So watch out.
Brimstone Warden –- His hero power costs (5) and lets him silence all his minions. Sounds lame … until you see his board starts with four 15/5 Stone Golems with “Can't attack. Deathrattle: Lose a mana crystal.” He has several Stone Golem cards in his deck, so he can add more. So, it's a race to 5 mana which will let the boss silence his golems & let them attack; if you can start killing them, each dead Golem delays his mana curve by 1 turn. Or you could do like I did as mage and deploy a Doomspeaker to kill em all and his mana tray on turn 2.
Bristlesnarl – This guy's Hero Power is Auto-Cast but it costs (3), meaning he won't use it on Turns 1 or 2. It reduces the cost of all his cards in hand by (1), and it can get crazy pretty fast. When I took him down his board had a 24-Attack Gahzrilla, two Giant Sand Worms … and a Bittertide Hydra. Luckily I started with 160 HP from double Potion of Vitality and just kept pinging the the Bittertide.
Candlebeard – This is one of a few bosses that you encounter in the mid levels, or in the later rounds. The early version of his Hero Power costs (1) and give any minion Charge. The later version is Passive and gives all his minions Charge. Luckily he doesn't seem to have Poisonous minions or stuff that gets dangerous with Charge.
Chronomancer Inara – I encountered her as a Round 7 Boss, and she has a very interesting Hero Power. It costs (10) but if she gets it to proc, it destroys 3 of her mana crystals, and lets her take an extra turn. She also has a bunch of the OP cards that Medivh uses in the Karazhan introductory mission. And Gawd help you if her 1-mana “Summon a random Legendary minion” spell gives her Malygos... Flamestriking all your stuff for 9 hurts so, so much.
Elder Bramblemar -- The Elder's Hero Power lets the boss put a Counterspell “secret” into play for (2). Now if this was “put a random Mage secret into play” that might be interesting. As is, it's easy to play around if you have a cheap spell to play & bait out the Counterspell. Or you can leave it alone and the boss won't be able to use it again.
Elder Javi -- Her Hero Power lets her gain 3 Armor for (3). It's not on Auto-Cast but she does seem inclined to use armor up more turns than not. Pretty soon she starts playing Ironwood Golems and Greater Jasper Spellstones, which you may recall require Armor synergy.
Frostfur -- The Hero Power lets it freeze a minion for (2). Not too tough.
George and Karl – Oh hey, remember the pair of Silver Hand Recruit guys that the flavor text from Lost in the Jungle and Vinecleaver referred to? Well they're back... and they want payback from your hero, for some reason. And check out their OP starting Hero Power: “Give all your minions Divine Shield” for just (2). Annnnnnd just when you have lethal on the first guy (George, I think) his portrait flips and you have to kill his partner all over again. Also George has a (0) spell that lets him flip to Karl early. Luckily Karl's Hero Power is more manageable, summoning two 1/1s.
Giant Rat -- One of a handful of "Round 1" opponents. Its Hero Power lets it summon two 1/1 rats. Somehow Crendor managed to lose to a Giant Rat, bless his litl' heart.
Graves the Cleric -- His Hero Power acts like a weaker Circle of Healing, restoring 2 health to all minions (his and yours) for (0) mana. Unsurprisingly his decklist includes loads of heal-synergy cards like Northshire Cleric and Injured Blademaster.
Gutmook – This is one of a few bosses that you encounter in the mid levels, or in the later rounds. Either way he has a Passive hero power called “Metabolized Magic.” The early version says “whenever your opponent plays a spell, summon a Tunnel Trogg.” And the late version says “whenever your opponent plays a spell, draw a card. It costs (1).” ONE as in nearly free. And then the boss starts dropping his own Tunnel Troggs, and various spell-fed minions, and then spells to feed them. In any case, better stick to minions and weapons against him.
King Togwaggle -- One of the five Final Bosses. Its hero power costs (3) and gives him one of the master chest treasures like from Marin the Fox. The King also plays a lot of Kobolds. As a reminder here are the Master Chest cards, all of which cost (3):
-- Golden Kobold: A 6/6 minion with Taunt and "Battlecry: Replace your hand with Legendary minions." -- Tolin's Goblet: Draw a card. Fill your hand with copies of it. -- Wondrous Wand: Draw 3 cards and reduce their cost to (0). -- Zarog's Crown: Discover a Legendary minion. Summon two copies of it.
Kraxx – His hero power costs (2) and deals 1 damage to all enemy minions. Basically an Arcane Explosion nearly any turn he wants. And soooo many Armor-synergy cards, and soooo many weapons. And then Geosculptor Yip??? Annoying.
Lyris the Wild Mage – Her hero power costs (1) and adds an Arcane Missile spell to her hand. And she drops at least 8 Flamewakers to synergize with those Missiles. Yeesh.
Overseer Mogark -- This is one of a few bosses that you encounter in the mid levels, or in the later rounds. The early version costs (1) and he whips one of his minions, Cruel Taskmaster style, dealing 1 damage but buffing its Attack by 2. The later version also costs (1) and deals 1, but buffs his minion by +5. And sure enough, he packs plenty of Egg-type minions that need a lash in order to attack at all.
Pathmaker Hamm -- This is one of a few bosses that you encounter in the mid levels, or in the later rounds. In the early version his Hero Power costs (1) and deals 1 damage to two random enemies. The later version costs (2) and deals 2 damage to three random enemies. It's on Auto-Cast meaning he must use it every turn. If you have no minions on the board, then your face takes one blast but not more.
Seriona-- Her Hero Power costs (2) and reduces an enemy minion's Attack by 1. Note that these are permanent reductions, so be careful deploying minions with low Attack or they could wind up unable to hit and clogging your side of the board.
Spiritspeaker Azun – He has a passive Hero Power that makes all Deathrattles (his or yours) to trigger twice. If you happened to get “Dr. Boom's Boom Box” and play it on an empty board, you'll get 7 Boom Bots that will explode twice and just about kill Azun by themselves. Note that it's “twigger twice” not “trigger an extra time”, so if you also picked Totem of the Dead as a Treasure, your stuff's Deathrattles won't trigger 3 times. Just a heads-up, Azun has the Priest quest and a pile of Deathrattle minions to get max value from his hero power.
Tad: He has just 10 cards in his deck. His hero power is auto cast and costs (0) with the effect of Recruiting a minion from his deck. Also he pulls a unique chest that gives a unique card.
Thaddock the Thief – His hero power costs (1) and returns a friendly minion to the boss's hand. Interestingly, he has & plays the Rogue quest, and packs multiple bounce options such as Shadowstep and Brewmasters. Still, not all that scary.
The Darkness – One of the five Final Bosses. Oh crap, its Hero Power lets it summon a 5/5 Darkspawn every turn for free. And it's on Auto-Cast. But oh hey, you start the game with 3 copies of a special spell Luminous Candle, which costs (0) and simply says “destroy all Darkspawns.” Which gives you a little hope that you might survive... and unless you have double Potion of Vitality for that 200 HP, that bit of hope is just cruel.
Trapped Room: Its deck is made entirely of secrets and starts with 5 random ones already on the board. Its hero power summons a 3/3 sawblade.
Voodoomaster Vex – Fought him as a Round 7 boss. His hero power is Totem of Chaos, a Passive that makes all Battlecries and Deathrattles (on both sides) trigger twice. Nifty mechanic, so why did the devs give Vex multiple Ticking Abominations, which are gonna just wipe his own board without fail? Pretty easy for a Round 7.
Vustrayd the Dragon -- One of the five Final Bosses. The board starts with 5 master chests out, and the dragon has an autocast (0) mana Hero Power that deals damage to all enemies equal to the number of master chests missing. Tthey count as missing if they aren't on his board, so if they return to his hand or you steal them he'll still deal damage. Woooof, sounds tough.
Waxmancer Sturmi – This is one of a few bosses that you encounter in the mid levels, or in the later rounds. In the early version Sturmi's Hero Power costs (1) and lets it summon a 1/1 copy of ANY minion, yours or Sturmi's. The later version costs (3) and lets it summon a full-blown copy of any minion, e.g. that Lich King you just played for full price. So be careful dropping minions with Deathrattles or aura effects.
Wee Whelp -- One of a handful of "Round 1" opponents. Its Hero Power lets it ping anything for 2, at a point when your hero only has 15 HP yourself. Luckily Round 1 opponents have just 10 HP, so you should be able to finish it off fast.
Xol the Unscathed is one of the five Final Bosses. It has a passive heroic power that grants a unique card to each turn. It also uses the warlock quest and several discard cards. The list of unique cards that we know about so far are:
-- Fatigue: destroy a mana crystal of yours -- Flummox: takes control of a random minion from your board -- Fear: puts one of your minion back into your deck -- Frost: a Cone of Cold-style effect that freezes 3 of your adjacent minions -- Flame: 2 damage to all minions, which sets up for... -- Fatality: Destroy all damaged minions from your board . . . TREASURES -- There are special goodies you can get after you win the 1st, 3rd, 5th and 7th games of your Dungeon Run, and they act like extra cards in your Dungeon Deck. Some have mana costs and can be cast like spells. while others are Passive effects that take effect automatically at the beginning of your game. (And there are several weapons too!) Your jaw may drop when you see some of these beauties, but remember, on any given run you can only pick FOUR at most, and quite a few of these aren't even offered all that often.
Archmage Staff – The first weapon Treasure I've seen offered. It costs (0), has 0 Attack / 3 Durability and says “At the start of your turn, add a random Mage spell to your hand.” I was offered it on a Hunter run so it's not class-specific. I haven't seen any Bosses run any kind of weapon removal so you might get to keep throughout your rounds.
Battle Totem -- "Passive. Your Battlecries trigger twice." This means all Battlecries, including weapons and Hero Cards if you get them via upgrade sets.
Blade of Quel'delar -- A basic 3/3 weapon for (1). Combine it with the Hilt of Quel'delar for something cool!
Boots of Haste – A spell costing (1) that says “Your minions cost (0) this turn.”
Captured Flag -- "Passive. Your minions have +1/+1." Solid choice for any class.
Cloak of Invisibility -- "Passive. Your minions have permanent Stealth." Be careful with this one because it means enemy attacks can only target your hero, bypassing even your Taunts.
Crystal Gem – “Passive. Start with an extra mana crystal.” Gotta love a faster curve.
Dr. Boom's Boombox – A spell costing (4) that says “Summon 7 Boom Bots”. For those who've never played or faced Dr. Boom, each Boom Bot is a 1/1 with “Deathrattle: Deal 1-4 damage to a random enemy.” Sounds hilarious! Add the Totem of the Dead for extra fun.
Embers of Ragnaros – A spell costing (3) that says “Shoot three fireballs at random enemies that deal 8 damages each.” The RNG aspect gives me pause, but some players swear by it because if you can keep the enemy's board clear, it's a guaranteed 24 to the face for cheap.
Gloves of Mugging – A spell costing (1) that says “Steal 3 cards from your opponent's deck.”
Glyph of Warding – “Passive. Enemy minions cost (1) more.” It's possible to get offered this twice. Gotta love sticking the other guy with a slower curve. Generally good for Bosses 2 through 7, but the Final Bosses often relied on their OP hero powers and deploy few minions.
Greedy Pickaxe – Cool, another weapon. This one costs (2), has 3 Attack / 2 Durability and says “After your hero attacks, gain an empty mana crystals.” Looks like it would be fantastic to draw early but kinda weak if drawn late.
Grommash's Armguards – “Passive. Your weapons cost (1) loss.” Obviously the value of this varies on how many weapons your Dungeon Deck has.
Hilt of Quel'delar – A spell costing (1) that says “Give a minion +3/+3.” There's also a Treasure called the Blade of Quel'delar or something, and if you get them both, they combine into something super duper cool.
Justicar's Ring -- "Passive. Your Hero Power is upgraded and costs (1)." The Trueheart upgrades are back (see below). BTW if you happen to draft and play a DK card, the cost of your DK hero power is still discounted to (1) the rest of the game.
(The upgraded powers are: Druid gains +1 +2 Attack this turn and 1 2 Armor. Hunter shoots face for 2 3. Mage pings for 1 2. Paladin summons one two 1/1 dudes. Priest heals for 2 4. Rogue makes a 1/2 2/2 weapon. Shaman summons a random basic totem summons the basic totem of his choice. Warlock draws a card for 2 HP and (2) mana. And Warrior generates 2 4 Armor.)
Khadgar's Scrying Orb -- "Passive. Your spells cost (1) less." Not great unless your Dungeon Deck has many spells, and few of the upgrade sets I've seen add any spells to your lineup.
Loyal Sidekick – A minion for (1) with base stats of 2/2 and “Taunt. Has +1/+1 for every Boss you've defeated this run.” So if you take this & use it against the final boss, that's a one-mana 9/9 with Taunt. (Which is pretty good.)
Magic Mirror -- A spell costing (1) that says “Choose a minion and summon a copy of it. Add it to your Dungeon Deck.” This is a good way to outfit your deck with 3 or more Lich Kings, C'Thuns, or other finishers. Also a good way for snag key enemy minions, like the 1/1 poison-anything spore.
Mask of Mimicry – A spell costing (1) that says “Choose a minion. Minion in your hand become copies of it.” Could swing some games if you snag multiple copies of finishers like Lich King, Aya, Cthun etc.
Mysterious Tome -- "Passive. At the start of the game, play 3 random Secrets." This sounds like good value, but I'd say only take this if the other options are super conditional. Next to a Potion of Vitality or Justicar's Ring though, the Tome looks pretty tame.
Party Portal – An unusual 0/10 minion that costs (1) that says “Whenever you cast a spell, summon a random minion of the same Cost.” So, basically a faster and sturdier Summoning Stone.
Portable Forge – A spell costing (1) that says “Discover a Legendary weapon and equip it.” The 9 legendary weapons introduced in K&C leap to mind first, but I wonder if it's possible to get any other Legendary weapon found in the game, such as Shadowmourne off DK Garrosh or Frostmourne via the Arfus and Lich King card pool.
Portable Ice Wall – A 3/15 minion costing (1) that says “Taunt. Cannot attack. Freeze any character damaged by this minion.” Pretty good value for a single mana.
Potion of Vitality – “Passive. Double your starting Health.” Since your starting Health increases with most rounds of a Dungeon Run – you start with 15 HP for the first boss, and end up with 50 HP for the final – this Treasure starts good and gets better the deeper you go. And you can get it twice.
Robe of the Magi – “Passive: Spell Damage +3.” Can be really good if you get to build a spell-heavy deck.
Rod of Roasting – A spell costing (10) that says “Cast Pyroblast randomly until a hero dies.” This takes Casino Mage to a whole new level. I would probably never take this because if you're far enough behind that this seems like a feasible move to make, you're already lost.
Scroll of Confusion -- A spell costing (0) that says “Each minion randomly chooses a side on the battlefield.” Which sounds like complete crap, except there are a few bosses that start with minions, like a group of 15/5 Stone Golems that can't attack unless silenced, or the 1/1 spore that's poisonous to heroes.
Totem of the Dead -- “Passive. Your Deathrattles trigger twice.” As with the Battle Totem, this also works on weapons or whatever else you have that has deathrattles. This works superbly well with Dr. Boom's Boom Box.
Wand of Adaptation – A spell costing (4) that says “Adapt a friendly minion. Repeat for every boss you've defeated this run.” Like the Potion of Vitality, this gets better you longer your run lasts. So on the final boss if you had this, Leeroy Jenkins and 9 mana, it's possible to make a 24/2 with Charge AND Windfury... though the odds of being offered 6x Flaming Claws plus a Lightning Speed is under 1 in 5,000.
Wand of Disintegration – A spell costing (3) that says “Silence and destroy all enemy minions.” When you absolutely, positively need to kill the entire enemy board ASAP. Plus the spell looks like a purple laser beam!
Wax Rager -- A 5/1 Elemental minion costing (3). It has “Deathrattle: Resummon this minion” so you just need to summon him once and keep a slot open on your board.
Wish – A spell costing (10) that says “Fill your board with Legendary minions. Fully heal your hero.” I guess it would kinda ruin things if the spell said flat out “you win,” but this could be pretty close.
. . . UPGRADE KITS BY CLASS So when you start a Dungeon Run, you begin with just 10 cards with nothing fancy, just single copies of various class staples. You could probably guess half the mage loadout without even trying: Arcane Missiles, Mana Wyrm, Sorceror's Apprentice, Frostbolt, Fireball, Blizzard etc. But after every Boss you beat, you get to chose one of 3 Upgrade sets, and each of them include 3 cards tied together by a brief theme. The following sets are what I've seen but this list is not comprehensive. Maybe other people can add their observations in the comments. Here's a rundown of some upgrade sets I've seen offered for each class: Druid -- Balance: [2x Wrath and Poison Seeds] -- Cult of C'Thun: [Twilight Elder, Crazed Worshipper, C'Thun] -- Jade Fangs: All jade cards. I've seen [Jade Idol and 2x Jade Behemoth] and [2x Jade Blossom and Jade Spirit] and [2x Jade Blossom and Aya Blackpaw]. -- Jungle Kings: Beast cards like [Mounted Raptor, Stranglethorn Tiger and Giant Anaconda] -- Natural Defense: A real grab bag, I've seen [2x Claw & Plated Bettle], or [Barkskin, Jasper Spellstone and Ultimate Infestation], or [Barkskin, Branching Paths, Ironwood Golem] or [Jasper Spellstone, Feral Rage, Branching Paths]. -- Restoration: all healing-related cards. [Earthen Ring Farseer, Refreshment Vendor and Moonglade Vendor.] -- Stampede [Living Roots and 2x Fatespinner] -- Stomp [Lunar Visions, Sneed's Old Shredder, Deathwing] -- Taunt: An assortment of Taunt minions, could include Druid of the Swarm, Druid of the Claw, Crypt Lord, Stonehill Defender, Hungry Ettin, Primordial Drake or Hadronox -- Wise Decisions [Anodized Robo Cub, 2x Wrath] . . Hunter: -- Beast Training: Beast synergy cards such as Crackling Razormaw, Dinomancy, Houndmaster, Timber Wolf, Dinomancy, Kill Command, Ram Wrangler or Tundra Rhino. -- Legendary: An assortment of strong Legends, such as Barnes, Leeroy Jenkins, Lich King, Y'Shaarj, Kel'Thuzad, Sneed's Old Shredder or King Krush. -- Shots: An assortment from the entire “shot” removal inventory, including Quick Shot, Power Shot, Multi-shot, Explosive Shot, even Toxic Arrow. -- Smugglers: Remember the Grimy Goons and handbuffing? Me neither. You'll probably offered an assortment from Hidden Cache, Smuggler's Crate, Trogg Beastrager, Dispatch Kodo or Don Hancho. -- Tracker: [Flare, Lock and Load, Deathstalker Rexxar] -- Weapons: Unlike the Warrior set with this name, it's possible to get no actual weapons in the Weapons set. Just synergy cards like Bloodsail Raider, Ebon Dragonsmith and Blingtron 3000. Maybe sometimes a Glaive-zooka. -- Wee Beasts: Just about any Beast card costing (3) or less, including Fiery Bat, Haunted Creeper, Dire Wolf Alpha, Rat Pack, Crackling Razormaw, Cave Hydra, or Vicious Fledgling. . . Mage: -- Arcane: Can include Polymorph Boar and Rhonin. -- Big Spells: Can include Arcane Tyrant, Deck of Wonders and Meteor. -- Chaos: You feeling lucky? Can include Shifting Scroll, Spellslinger and Leyline Manipulator. -- Defense: Defensive cards (duh) such as Mirror Image, Ice Block, Frost Nova, Sludge Belcher and Blizzard. -- Elemental: Some heavy hitters on offer here, including Baron Geddon and Blazecaller. -- Fire: Aggro kit, can include Volcanic Potion, Ragnaros, Dragon's Fury and Pyroblast. -- Frost: Another defensive kit, can include Breath of Sindragosa, Glacial Shard, Blizzard. -- Giant Army: Can include Arcane Giant, Molten Giant … and Carnivorous Cube, how'd that get in there?? -- Lost Secrets: Can include actual Secrets like Counterspell and Frozen Clone, plus Secret-synergy cards like Arcanologist and Kabal Crystal Runner. -- Unique: You can only get this kit in the 3 Kabal classes: mage, priest and warlock. It can include "Highlander reward" cards like Kazakus, Inkmaster Solia, I imagine Raza for priests or Krul for locks, and yes even Reno Jackson. Also I've picked up the Jaina DK card here. Where this can get a bit frustrating is when you get offered this kit after you already have a non-Highlander deck, so those great Highlander battlecries won't go off. Maybe at some point the coding can take that kind of thing into account. . . Paladin: -- Divine Shield: Minions with DS such as Tainted Zealot, Argent Horserider, Silent Knight, Scarlet Crusader and Tirion Fordring. -- Healing: Can including surprisingly potent cards, including Rag Lightlord, the Uther DK card, Pearl Spellstone, Benevolent Djinn, Wickerflame Burnbristle, Blackguard and Antique Healbot. -- Helping Hand: Handbuff type cards such as Smuggler's Run, Grimestreet Smuggler, Grimestreet Enforcer, Don Han'Cho and Emperor Thaurissan. -- Justice: A nifty debuff-based kit including Aldor Peacekeeper, Humility, Dark Conviction, Keeper of Uldaman and Eadric the Pure. -- Legendary: Good legendaries including Nexus-Champion Saraad, Curator and Lich King. -- Many Blessings: Buff-based kit that can include Adaptation and Lynessa Sunsorrow. -- Secrets: A grab bag of 1-mana secrets, so... nope. -- Silver Hand: Various SHR-related cards, such as Lost in the Jungle, Drygulch Jailor, Muster for Battle, Vinecleaver and Stand Against Darkness. . . . I've been working for the past week on premium currency -- Wyvern Crowns. It's now live in production. You can't buy them yet, but everyone has some now. Here's what has happened in the past week:
Put in some extra code to help ensure that inventories don't disappear. They might still, but it seems waaaaay less likely. You may, however, see messages about not being able to save your character, in which case contact me immediately.
Added a short tunnel between New Verden and Davos
CacoDemon nerf, though they are still nasty.
Updated Amulet of Lifesaving to clear your combat queue, which should (hopefully?) remove any pending hits that might kill you after the teleport.
And today:
Gave everyone full skill points up to level 25.
Added resurrection machines and vending machines.
Gave everyone a starter pack of 100 crowns. Every new character starts with 100 crowns.
From now on, leveling up gives you your level in crowns. E.g. when you hit level 10, you get 10 crowns. I pro-rated it for everyone, so all of you actually have more than 100 crowns -- some upwards of 400+.

1000 crowns for $49.99 (a 50% discount)
If you buy the minimum tier, 1 crown is about ten cents. If you buy in bulk you can get them for as low as a nickel each. Resurrection machines charge you crowns to get 100% of your XP back. The formula for crown cost is the fifth root of XP lost, minus 2. That leads to a couple of crowns for low amounts, up to about 23 crowns if you lose a million XP. You can't get resurrected if you lost fewer than 1000 XP. You can choose between a resurrection scroll and the resurrection machine -- only one will work for a particular death. In the vending machines (e.g. there is one in MAH), you can currently buy portable balloons (100 crowns) or DoT weekly passes (10 crowns). You can purchase Quest Points with Crowns. The only machine right now is in the NV Adventurer's Guild. You can only buy specific amounts:

Edit: I've multiplied the original costs by 10, after thinking about it some more. I originally wanted you to be able to get all the way to HoF with just your starting crowns. But then I added extra crowns when you level up, which total 324 additional crowns by the time you get to HoF, so every player will get 424 crowns while getting to HoF. Which means I can raise the QP prices quite a bit, and people will still be able to HoF without doing any real questing. These QP count towards leveling up, but nothing else. Specifically they don't count towards leaderboards. You can also spend Crowns to get gold coins. The number you get is based on your level. You can see the exchange rate for your level at any ATM. The numbers I used for exchanging crowns for gold coins were formulated by a panel of something like 20 experienced players, and I believe the numbers are fairly generous. E.g. a 25th level player gets about 75k gold coins for 10 crowns, which would cost anywhere from $.99 down to $.49 depending on whether you bought in bulk. You will be able to get crowns (eventually) through other channels, including finding them in loot drops (in small quantities), and possibly in the casino slots, but only if that won't get me arrested. I'll have to look into it. You can't buy crowns with real money until we launch. That should be very soon, though. I submitted the final iOS build to Apple yesterday for review. I should hear back in a couple of days, and it should be a rubber-stamp because they've already reviewed it several times. The only thing holding us back from launch at this point is the getting-started experience. I will begin revamping the tutorial this weekend, and will spend up to 2 weeks on it, but not longer. I want to have a better starting experience, but I also want to launch the game this month. So I'll make it as good as I can in the short term, and then gradually improve it further next year. Last note about Crowns: There are two distinct varieties. You can have "account crowns" and "personal crowns". Account crowns are the ones you purchase with real money, and they are tied to your email address -- you can spend them as needed on any of your alts at any time. For instance, if you start with 100 account crowns, and your alt Fred uses 10, and then your other alt Joe uses 10, then you'll be left with 80 account crowns. Personal crowns are the kind you get in-game as bonuses or loot drops or rewards. They are tied to your character, not your email, and they can only be used by that character. This distinction is to prevent people from creating armies of new characters just to get the 100 starting crowns. I will be awarding people crowns on a discretionary basis (no guarantees or promises) for work performed in service of the Wyvern community, e.g. writing tutorials or user guides. If you create a guide, make sure to let me know, and I will consider whether it's worth giving you some crowns for it. Right now I only have the ability to award personal crowns as bonuses, for technical reasons, so you'll have to pick which character will receive them. Again, I make no promises that this will continue long-term, but as an incentive program, it should help us get some starter material for the new players for the next few months. Please report any bugs you find. I would also like to hear suggestions for how you would like to spend your hard-earned Crowns. Have fun!
